Come To Your Senses

 Does your life and people around you stress you out- seem hard to deal with?
 Is your existence maybe a bit Boring sometimes?
 Do you ever feel uneasy- and a need to control, or change, situations and other people?
 

 I can relate because I feel that way too- sometimes. I am investigating, learning, and sharing how to embrace stress, life events, changes, challenges, understand myself, and relate to uncomfortable interactions with other people.

Apparently and quite obviously- This comes from listening to/trusting myself... to my senses. My stomach, my heart, my intuition... they are guiding me - and You. But, the real question is - are we listening?

Many times not- this is why I / we need to Come To Our Senses.
Since some things are more fun to do with others- Let's take a trip together to embrace our intuition -learn to trust ourselves (instincts, gut, decisions) - and listen to our bodies.
