Come To Your Senses

     Does your life seems stressful, hard to deal with, do you feel a bit out of control?

Can you feel the stress in your stomach, throat, back, neck and shoulders? Is it hard to relax and enjoy yourself?
 I can relate because I feel that way too, sometimes. I am investigating, learning, and sharing how to embrace stress, life events, changes, challenges, understand myself, and relate with my uncomfortable interactions with other people from a place of peace.

Apparently and quite obviously- This comes from listening to myself... to my senses. My stomach, my heart, my intuition... they are guiding me - and You. But, the real question is - are we listening?

Many times not- this is why we need to Come To Our Senses. Let's take a trip together to embrace our intuition - learn to trust ourselves - and listen to our bodies.
